We are recruiting a 2nd Shift Shipping Supervisor to join our team! Your position will focus on safe and efficient movement of products and materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enforces health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Direct and coordinates team members activities within the department'
• Communicates with Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers.
• Make adjustments as necessary to ensure on time delivery and reject product outside of specifications.
• Reads and analyzes production schedules, Portal and, other records in order to determine customer requirements.
• Demonstrates equipment operations, work and safety procedures to team members.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Ensure that all team members adhere to designated start/stop times during the shift.
• Adhere to and administer company policies/procedures pertaining to the job.
• Manage all Logistics in Finished Goods movement in SAP on a daily basis.
• Control Finish Good Logistic Planning and Scheduling to all customers
• Delivery truck transportation schedule management.
• Manage and reconcile customer consignment inventory.
• Monitor shipping racks conditions.
• Keep inventory count of number of racks for customers.
• Schedule delivery trucks for HMMA GA, MCC and Engine Shop.
• Supervise Shippers, Team Leads, and HMMA Representatives.
• Responsible for 3C6S of Shipping Areas.
• Must possess a highly positive attitude, exemplary behavior and bearings that measures up to the highest positive standards.
• Be able to perform under stress and meets challenge of difficult situations.
• Planning and organizing - successful in anticipating needs, determining priorities and establishing courses of action to meet departmental needs and requirements.
• Any and all other duties as assigned by management.

• Excellent reading, writing and math skills required.
• Excellent with Computer skills to include Excel required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Mut be able to operate scanners, computers, printers and labels.
• Possess time management and good conflict resolutions skills.
• Must be able to multi-task, have good judgement and decision-making skills.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and pay close attention to details.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of shipping management and/or supervisory experience required.
• Concrete and verifiable knowledge of shipping and logistic procedures.
• Must be able to stand, walk, push and lift up to 40 lbs. consistently.
