Your Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance with efficiency and accuracy based on repair orders
• Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and timelines
• Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Test-drive vehicles to ensure quality and safety of repairs

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on technician experience preferred
• Ford Certification required; ASE Certification a plus
• Prior experience at a Ford dealership is highly valued
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
