Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual benefit consultations with individuals and families

• Assess client needs and present appropriate life, accident, and supplemental coverage options

• Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism

• Maintain accurate, compliant digital documentation

• Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and performance coaching

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and strengthen client outcomes
