Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a K-12 educational setting in Trussville, AL as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, school-year contract position offers the opportunity to provide vital speech and language services to support student communication development.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and delivering therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to achieve student goals
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation consistent with district and state requirements
• Participating in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications sought:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Alabama SLP license or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) will receive mentorship and support
• Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) must hold current Alabama licensure
• A passion for working with school-aged children and commitment to student success
