- Assist the Center Director in daily operations and ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Support curriculum development and implementation to enhance children's learning experiences.
- Lead staff training and development initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Engage with parents and families to build strong relationships and community connections.
- Oversee classroom activities and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
- Monitor and assess the quality of educational programs and make improvements as needed.
- Manage enrollment processes and maintain accurate records for students and staff.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote the center and attract new families.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for early childhood development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements and regulations.
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the center.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to creating a supportive learning environment.
