Summary of Duties

Premier Service Company is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to work directly under the Director of Workforce Development. This position will take on recruiting for Premier Service, Jackson Security Services, & Buford Locksmith This role is responsible for reviewing and vetting applicants through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for designated positions in our Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Alarm and Apprentice divisions. The Recruiting Specialist will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process while representing the company at local schools, job fairs, and community events. This position plays a vital role in ensuring staffing needs are met for our service departments and in building a strong pipeline of skilled talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

o High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)

o Valid Driver’s License to include active liability insurance

Successful completion of required criminal record and motor vehicle record background checks.

o Ability to pass a drug screening

o Must be authorized to work in the US.

o Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.

o Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple job postings and applicant files simultaneously.

o Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and timely records throughout the recruitment process.

o Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates, colleagues, and external partners.

o Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional, clear, and engaging interactions.

o Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

o Experience recruiting in skilled trades or similar industries is a plus.
