We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with forklift experience to join our team in Opelika, AL. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and skilled at leading a team while operating a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Ensure team meets productivity and safety standards
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
Train and support team members as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics setting
Forklift certification/experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
