We are looking for a top-notch Global Trade Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations of the department. This role will assist the compliance department with data entry, record keeping, general administrative tasks and offers the opportunity to learn about the world of Global Trade Compliance (EAR, ITAR, ATF, CBP, etc.).

This is an on-site position.

Minimum Requirements And Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3+ years of administrative support experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Major Responsibility Areas And Duties

• Provide administrative support to the ITAR/EAR Compliance department.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents.
• Maintain electronic filings to ensure accuracy and accessible records.
• Assistance in preparing documentation for internal audits, external audits and government inspection.
• Perform administrative duties and special projects in support of the ITAR Compliance function.
• Other duties as assigned, not determined at the time of hire.
