StretchLab in Alabama is looking for a motivated part-time Sales Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for fitness and wellness and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this role offers an exciting opportunity. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $12.50/hr + 20% commission , along with stellar perks such as:

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: Shifts span from Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work), lasting either 4 or 8 hours.

As a Sales Specialist, you play a pivotal role in our studio, ensuring a positive experience for our clients from the moment they walk through the door. Your day includes greeting clients, managing appointments, and conducting tours of our facilities. You facilitate sales by booking and confirming intro classes and ensuring quality appointments. You also represent StretchLab at special events, contributing to our community presence. As one of the first points of contact for our company, you represent us in such a positive way customers can't help but sign up for our services!

The minimum requirements to be considered:

• Demonstrated sales and customer service skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Ability to learn the ClubReady software system
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours per day
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
