Job Title: Lead Integration Architect

Position Summary

The Lead Integration Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and integrating enterprise solutions. This role combines architectural oversight with hands-on technical guidance , ensuring the successful delivery of high-performing, secure, and compliant applications.

The candidate must be adept at working across multiple platforms—cloud, on-premises, and hybrid—while collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and other architects to align business needs with technical solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and lead integration strategies for enterprise systems.

• Review and validate new designs for compliance with enterprise architecture standards .

• Oversee end-to-end implementation , ensuring timely delivery.

• Guide modernization and digital transformation initiatives .

• Monitor applications for performance, scalability, and security .

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in application integration projects .

• Solid background in solution lifecycle management (design, testing, deployment, and support).

• Expertise in .NET 6+ development and deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP .

• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools .

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution delivery; 6+ years in distributed systems and regulated environments .

• Direct experience in Child Services / Children Administration programs .

Preferred Experience

• Prior work with state/local government agencies and federal systems .

• Strong understanding of government compliance and procurement processes .

• Background in finance, pensions, or healthcare is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certifications in Cloud, Security, or Architecture .

• Prior involvement in large-scale enterprise applications such as ERP or CRM.
