Our business is growing, and we have an opening for an automotive service advisor at Devan Lowe Cadillac Buick GMC Lincoln. We are a family-owned dealership that promotes excellence and a positive work environment, and we aim to deliver the very best customer experience. We are looking for a dedicated professional who shares that same passion to join our team. As a service advisor, you will be liaison between the customer and the service technician. Previous automotive experience is not required. Prior experience in sales and working with the public is a plus. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs with excellent communication skills.
• Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs while promoting additional services.
• Keep customers updated regularly on the status of their vehicle.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain detailed service records and manage customer inquiries effectively.
• Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance service satisfaction and drive sales.
• Stay informed about automotive products and services to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
