EmployPro Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician (CNC Experience) in Decatur, AL!
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines and manufacturing equipment . This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment runs efficiently to support production.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment
- Maintains and repairs machinery/equipment, elecrtical, heating, ventilation, HVAC
- Diagnose machine issues and complete timely repairs
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and equipment improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures
- Provide training to team members as necessary on maintenance related items
Qualifications
- 5 years maintenance experience required
- Experience with CNC machines (mills, lathes, machining centers)
- Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Extensive knowledge of CNC Machines and Auxillary equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
