I'm searching for a Solid Sous Chef who can be the right-hand man/woman to our Executive Chef and GM.

· Currently working in a high-volume restaurant (Upscale preferred)

· Familiar with controlling Food Cost and Labor

· Complete understanding of ordering and inventory

· Can work hand in hand with the Executive Chef

· Carries themselves as a leading member of the family

· Maintains a crisp, sharp, and professional image at all times
