- Deliver top-tier customer service to policyholders.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers.
- Proactively monitor, track, and achieve retention and growth targets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, strengthening long-term relationships.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the broader team to support agency growth goals.
- Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to solve problems effectively and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems or client management tools is a plus.
