As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Distribution Team Lead. As the Distribution Team Lead, this role is central to orchestrating and managing the seamless execution of production processes. Guiding a team of production specialists, you'll ensure the efficient and timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards. The responsibilities include guiding the team to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while upholding exemplary service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Set and uphold high standards for productivity, quality, and team performance
• Motivate and guide the team to consistently meet or exceed set benchmarks and operational protocols
• Define priorities, establish team objectives, and distribute tasks effectively
• Collaborate with supervisors to align daily objectives with Production KPIs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated production issues, managing the queue for prompt resolutions
• Tackle complex problems and engage in managerial support when necessary
• Provide hands-on support in the production process when needed
• Contribute to the development and implementation of training materials, procedural guides, and best practices
• Mentor team members, strengthening their skill sets. Aid in onboarding new team members, provide training assistance, and conduct quality assurance checks

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher preferred
• 2+ years in distribution or related fields, particularly in overseeing distribution processes and compliance
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service, consistently exceeding expectations
• Effective delegation skills while being adept at independent work
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines, coupled with excellent communication skills
• Adaptability in dynamic environments, proactiveness, and accountability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to various production systems
• Flourishes under pressure, maintaining energy and resilience
• Strong work ethic, acute attention to detail, and conflict resolution skills
• Empathy towards team members and clients, excellent teamwork, and communication skills
• Capable of occasionally lifting boxes and mail bins up to 50 pounds, maintaining physical agility throughout tasks
