Restaurant Manager - No Late Hours

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team in Auburn. This full-time, on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead our restaurant operations without the stress of late-night hours, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff effectively. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that values teamwork and growth. Join us in shaping memorable dining experiences in the heart of the community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to create a cohesive team
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Implement and maintain health and safety regulations
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or management is a plus
