Copper Splicing Crew Lead

IES is in need of "Crew Leads" to serve as liaison's between their PMs and the techs doing the actual "work" onsite at the Data Center build site in Montgomery. They expect another wave of hiring to begin over the next couple of months, but they currently have a lack of leadership available because the PMs that they have in place right now are spread too thin, so they need to bring in Crew Leads to help be the go betweens to help get things done more efficiently. The set up will be Superintendents (people like Dillon) who are running multiple departments/disciplines -> PMs (like James Jones) who lead multiple crews -> Crew Leads (people we will be hiring) who will lead the techs -> Level 1 and 2 techs who do the execution work. This req is for 2 Copper Splicing Crew Leads. In this case, they HAVE to be experienced Splicers. NOT just people who have done cabling and seen splicing. If they have not been leads, that is okay as long as they have several years of splicing under their belts. Candidates must have done copper splicing before, not just fiber.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
