Shift: First Shift 6AM - 4PM

Pay: $18-$22/ HR - 90 review and pay raise

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Painter with spray gun experience to join our team. This role focuses on applying paint and coatings using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish. Attention to detail and consistency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray guns to apply paint or coatings evenly
• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, masking, basic prep)
• Mix and handle paint materials safely
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain spray equipment and keep work area clean
• Follow safety guidelines and work instructions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cordova, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
