Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts

Pay Range: $30.10 – $39.60/hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

‍⚕️ Position Overview: RN (Day Shift)

The Day Shift RN provides comprehensive nursing care, oversees clinical operations on the unit, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care.

Our 12-hour, 7-on/7-off schedule offers a balanced lifestyle while maintaining continuity of care for our residents.

✅ Key Responsibilities

1. Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
2. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
3. Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately
4. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff
5. Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions
6. Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control policies

Qualifications

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
2. Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
3. Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
4. Compassionate, resident-centered mindset
5. BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)
6. New graduates encouraged to apply
