Compensation:$125,000 - $197,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Master our proven sales systems to effectively prospect and convert leads.
- Attend property showings, listing appointments, and client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
- Consistently follow up with leads and clients to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to build your personal brand and expand your book of business.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Utilize our exclusive lead sources to kickstart the client base and drive sales.
- Contribute to a team-oriented culture by sharing insights and supporting your peers' growth.
- Real Estate License or active pursuit of one.
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of being a self-starter and taking initiative.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales systems and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training sessions.
