• Master our proven sales systems to effectively prospect and convert leads.
• Attend property showings, listing appointments, and client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
• Consistently follow up with leads and clients to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to build your personal brand and expand your book of business.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
• Utilize our exclusive lead sources to kickstart the client base and drive sales.
• Contribute to a team-oriented culture by sharing insights and supporting your peers' growth.

• Real Estate License or active pursuit of one.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being a self-starter and taking initiative.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales systems and strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
