Position Overview
CGI is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Troy, Alabama. Your future duties and responsibilities
What You’ll Do
• Serve as a first point of contact for customers, providing courteous and professional support
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information by following established procedures.
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
• Escalate inquiries when needed while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, structured team environment.

Schedule Requirements
• Ability to work onsite in our Troy, Alabama office Monday-Friday.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $12.00 - $15.00/hour”.
