**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
+ Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and management while representing Allied Universal on site.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Able to ride a bike is required.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
