Collaborate closely with team members, taking a lead role in aligning data entry tasks with project deadlines and overarching organizational objectives. Stay abreast of the latest developments in data entry software and tools, leveraging extensive expertise to enhance efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities + Verify and cross-check data for errors, completeness, and consistency. + Manage and organize electronic and physical files for secure storage and retrieval. + Generate reports, spreadsheets, and documents based on entered data. + Provide expert support for data-related inquiries and tasks. + Apply comprehensive knowledge of data entry processes to meet performance metrics. + Collaborate with team members to align tasks with project deadlines. + Stay updated on the latest data entry software and tools. Essential Skills + 11+ years of experience in data entry. + Expert-level proficiency in data entry tasks. + Proficiency in database software and spreadsheets. + Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Comprehensive knowledge of data entry processes and protocols. + Ability to lead data management and organization efforts. + Experience in data manipulation and analysis. Work Environment Located at The Energy Center at the Colonnade, the work environment provides the opportunity to gain a foothold in Alabama's largest utility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
