We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Esthetics Instructor to join our growing team. If you enjoy mentoring future estheticians and creating an engaging learning environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Work Hours and Benefits

Day School: Tuesday through Saturday 8 am to 4 pm. Night School: Monday through Thursday 4 pm to 10 pm. May be required to work some Saturdays.

Both Full-Time Positions For Day School and Part-Time Position for Night School are available.

• Starting pay rate: $19/hour
• Excellent benefits after a 90-day probationary period, such as paid federal holidays and paid Vacation .

Position Summary

As a Licensed Esthetics Instructor, you will educate, mentor, and inspire students while providing both classroom and hands-on instruction. You will help students develop the technical skills, professionalism, and confidence needed for success in the beauty industry.

Qualifications

• Current Esthetics License is required.
• Current Instructor License or ability to obtain one (preferred or as required by state law) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Previous teaching experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical instruction in esthetics.
• Demonstrate industry techniques, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student records.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and professional learning environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and licensing requirements.
• Assist with student success and preparation for state board examinations.
