Job Description

CRD Careers has been engaged in a confidential search for an Estimator with 3–5 years of experience in commercial construction. Ideal candidates have worked on light industrial, big box retail, or multifamily projects ranging from $5M–$50M, and bring strong GC-side estimating experience.

This is a high-impact role for someone who values precision, speed, and tech fluency. CRD Careers specializes in lean, ROI-driven recruiting—your submission goes directly to decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Background in estimating for General Contractors (not subcontractors)

• Comfortable managing multiple bids across active jobs

• Proficient in Sage Estimating, On Screen Takeoff, iSqFt, and Bluebeam

• Demonstrated job stability and reliability

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
