Davidson Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Logistician/Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient supply chain processes, optimizing storage and distribution, and leading a high-performing warehouse team to meet operational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process improvements.

• Coordinate with procurement and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management and logistics, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP platforms.

• Proven track record in cost reduction, process optimization, and team leadership.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with international shipping and customs compliance.

• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
