HealthYes Staffing is representing a respected regional health system in the Enterprise, Alabama area seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join its growing team. This is a confidential opportunity with strong clinical support, excellent referral volume, and robust institutional backing. The group is open to graduating residents from the 2025 and 2026 classes.

Position Overview
The incoming Urologist will step into an established practice with access to advanced surgical and diagnostic tools, a collaborative OR environment, and a ready patient base. The system supports full-scope urology including robotics, endoscopy, and general urology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical and non-surgical urologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings

• Perform procedures such as cystoscopy, TURP, nephrectomy, prostate biopsy, and more

• Utilize advanced technology and robotic assistance (if desired)

• Participate in call rotation (light and well-supported)

• Collaborate with experienced staff, APPs, and referring providers

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited program

• Completion or near-completion of ACGME-accredited Urology residency

• Board certified or board eligible in Urology

• Eligible for medical licensure in the U.S.

• Excellent surgical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
