Account Clerk Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $14.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Responsible for handling accounts payable including: receiving receipts from purchasing,’ matching receipts with invoice
- Balances Resident Accounts Receivable on a weekly basis.
- Serves as back-up to the receptionist.
- Assists with rent collection, answers telephones and distributes/accepts applications as needed.
- Responsible for daily and monthly close-out of rent office adhering strictly to standard procedures.
Account Clerk Qualifications:
- Knowledge of accounting systems and procedures.
- Excellent customer service
- Proficiency in office software
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
