Medical Billing/Customer Service
Busy laboratory in Prattville, Alabama is seeking a new team member.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch.
Pay: $16 per hour.
**This will be a temp to permanent role. Once hired, you will have a full benefits package.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for answering our very busy billing call line
- Responsible for taking payments over the phone
- Work on additional billing reports
- Billing data entry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical billing experience
- Medical customer service/front desk experience
- Understanding of: Deductions, Co-pays, Secondary Insurance, requirements to file a claim
