In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you manage the development and utilization of technology to drive product management initiatives. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining elevated standards, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 5 years of experience

- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Mathematics preferred

- Demonstrating proven leadership in managing technology projects

- Possessing proficiency in IT implementation and maintenance

- Developing vendor relationships

- Presenting at meetings and conferences

- Creating and managing product roadmaps

- Managing multidisciplinary product teams

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
