We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our therapy team in delivering outstanding care to patients. As a PTA, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment programs under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will work in an outpatient home health setting for hospital patients, as well as with geriatric and clinic-based patients. Your contributions will play a key role in helping patients regain their physical independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy treatment plans as directed by the PT
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and patient education
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the PT and care team
• Travel locally to patient homes
• Help patients and families understand care plans and therapy goals

What You Need:

• Active PTA license in the state of Texas
• CPR Certification
• Immunizations (Tdap/MMR/HepB Titer)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Home health experience is a plus but not required
• A genuine passion for patient care and helping others
