Role Overview

The Entry-Level Assistant Manager will support daily operations, assist in supervising team members, and ensure the department runs efficiently. This position requires excellent communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a customer-focused, dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management in day-to-day operational tasks.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.

• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and training new employees.
• Maintain organized records, reports, and inventory documentation.

Qualifications
