We’re looking for a Quality Engineer with a deep knowledge of PPAP, APQP, AIAG, TS16949 root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why) . MUST HAVE previous experience with a Japanese Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality efforts for stamped metal & aluminum parts
- Collaborate with customers, engineering, and production teams
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
- Support prototype builds and product launches
- Champion ISO9001/2015/TS16949 systems and continuous improvement
- Manage 4 Directs, 21 Quality Technicians
✅ Requirements:
- Automotive experience Preferred with PPAP, APQP, AIAG, IATF16949, Stamping Die’s, Welding Assembly Process.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years in quality engineering
- Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- MUST HAVE previous experience with a Japanese Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier
