We are an agency that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best life possible through active treatment. We are looking for awesome people to come work with our awesome individuals in our Dothan area homes!

We are hiring dependable, caring employees for positions in our community-based group homes. You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting individual and group recreational activities as well as assisting and training individuals in performing daily living functions. No prior training or experience needed! The primary qualification for this job is that you be a responsible, caring and safety-conscious person willing to learn on the job.

Multiple shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a), full-time & part-time available.

Multiple locations available in Dothan, AL.

$350 Sign-On Bonus after 60 days!

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Must be willing to undergo a background and drug screening

Must be able to speak, read and write English, fluently

Maintain the ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, walk or stand up to eight hours and able to perform the physical requirements of Safety Care.
