Job Overview:
We are currently seeking strong Journeyman-level electricians with 10+ years of experience . Candidates must be highly skilled, reliable, and able to perform at a true JM level. Previous candidates have not consistently met expectations, so we are prioritizing experienced professionals who can hit the ground running.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of electrical experience
• Must be English-speaking (very strong bilingual candidates acceptable)
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English
• Must be eligible for E-Verify (required in Alabama)

Certifications (Required – must be able to present at any time):

• OSHA Certification (card or copy)
• Lift Certification (card or copy)

Required PPE:

• Harness & lanyard OR harness & SRL (OSHA/ANSI compliant)
• Blue safety helmet with chin strap
• Safety goggles
• A-4 gloves
• High-visibility vest

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30/hour
• $125 per diem

Additional Notes:
Candidates must arrive fully equipped with required certifications and PPE. Only experienced electricians who meet all qualifications will be considered.
