What We're Hiring For:

Iron Will Ventures is seeking a Human Resources Manager to drive organizational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives, employee relations, and operational excellence across the company. This position is full-time and based on-site; it is not eligible for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment to include new hire onboarding and orientation programs to out-processing
• Successfully recruit in multiple nationwide locations, supporting organizational growth
• Administer employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational goals and drive operational excellence
• Partner with leadership on change management efforts, organizational design, and workforce planning
• Oversee talent development programs, including training, performance review cycles, and career growth planning
• Coordinate HR initiatives such as internship programs, employee engagement, and training compliance
  
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Demonstrated track record of leading organizational change through forward-thinking HR strategies
• At least 5 years of experience across employee relations, change management, project coordination, and talent development
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach to solving problems
  

Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR functions within a government contracting environment
• Familiarity with employment compliance frameworks relevant to DoW or federal contractors
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience building or refining HR policies, processes, and procedures
• Experience with BambooHR
