Inventory Assistant
Halsey Foodservice , an independent Foodservice Distributor established in 1879, is currently seeking a full-time experienced Inventory Assistant to join our team. The position is responsible for counting all physical inventory, generating department audit reports, reconciling computer data with the physical counts taken and reporting on errors found. The position works with each department to suggest ways to reduce errors in inventory accuracy. Must have the ability to work in a team environment, ability to work well with others in a courteous manner, maintain minimum productivity standards, be efficient with MS Word, Excel and Email and strong organizational skills and other assignments as required. Excellent benefits and EEO/Drug Free. Background and pre-employment drug screen required.
