About Us: Are you a skilled plumbing professional with a heart for teaching? MCTI is looking for a passionate instructor to lead our Plumbing course. This class meets one evening a week and serves as a launching pad for students eager to join the mechanical trades.
Position: Plumbing Instructor
What Youll Do:
- Teach entry-level concepts like pipe systems, code, and tool safety
- Encourage real-world problem-solving and professionalism
- Support student retention through mentorship and active classroom engagement
What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of plumbing experience (licensed journeyman/master preferred)
- Clear communicator who can break down complex skills for beginners
- Passion for developing talent and giving back to the trade
- Coachable and committed to professional growth
