We are seeking an experienced Turret Operator to join a growing sheet metal manufacturing team in Decatur, AL. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and a solid employment history. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring turret punch press equipment to produce quality sheet metal components according to specifications.

Turret Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.03 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 05:00am to 03:30pm )

• Set up and operate turret punch press machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
• Load and unload sheet metal materials safely.
• Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality standards. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and gauges.

Turret Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Previous turret operator experience.
• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing is highly desired.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable with a stable work history.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
