👩‍⚕️ Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

As a Night Shift RN , you’ll provide high-quality nursing care while serving as a trusted clinical leader during overnight hours. You’ll work closely with residents, CNAs, and on-call providers to ensure comfort, safety, and continuity of care in a calm, team-oriented environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
2. Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and changes
3. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
4. Collaborate with on-call providers and interdisciplinary team members as needed
5. Provide calm reassurance and emotional support to residents overnight
6. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations
7. Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic nighttime environment
8. Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery

🏥 Qualifications:

1. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
3. Excellent communication and decision-making skills
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively during night hours
5. Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
6. Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus
