About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant , you will be responsible for delivering top-notch patient care and support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and condition
• Providing basic care and assistance with daily living activities
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support to clients in a rehabilitation and wellness setting
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in healthcare
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant
