Job Summary:
We are seeking a polished, results-driven Sales Representative to join our high-end showroom. This role focuses on guiding clients through the selection of premium flooring, countertops, and tile for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate delivers a consultative, design-focused sales experience while managing projects from initial consultation through final installation with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Compensation:
This position begins with a guaranteed base, transitioning to a commission-based structure with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a consultative, high-touch sales experience for showroom clients
- Assist customers in selecting premium flooring, countertops, and tile solutions
- Generate accurate quotes and detailed project estimates
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Proactively follow up with clients to build relationships and close sales
- Oversee projects from sale through installation and final customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Basic math skills (measuring, calculations, and estimating)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
- Experience in flooring, interior design, construction, or high-end sales is preferred
