HVAC Lead Installer

On-Time Service is a full-service air conditioning and heating contractor with the ability to service and install complete heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We provide our technicians with state-of-the-art technology and use the finest new equipment for installations in the industry.

This position is based out of our Daphne, AL branch but is ideal for candidates living in the Pensacola, FL area.

As a full-time Lead Installer supporting our Daphne team, you will primarily complete installation projects throughout the Pensacola market, where demand continues to grow. Because you are a Daphne branch employee, flexibility to support installations in Daphne and Mobile, AL when business needs require is expected.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Attending the weekly installation meeting at our Daphne branch.
• Traveling to job sites throughout the Pensacola, Daphne, and Mobile service areas as needed.
• Maintaining the same high level of workmanship and customer service across all assigned territories.

Responsibilities:

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Lead a team of installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC installation
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
