Travel Logistics & Client Care Specialist
Our team is seeking an organized and service-focused Travel Logistics & Client Care Specialist to assist clients throughout Alabama with coordinating personalized trips and managing important planning details. This position offers a flexible remote structure and is well suited for individuals in the Huntsville area who excel at communication, multitasking, and providing dependable support.
You will consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and schedules, then research destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with their plans. Your responsibilities will include preparing customized itineraries, coordinating reservations, confirming details, and ensuring each step is documented clearly. You will also provide assistance with updates or changes, helping maintain a smooth experience from start to finish.
