Real Estate Property Manager (Mobile)
Compensation:
$36,720 - $44,800 yearly
Responsibilities:- Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants
- Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
- Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes
- Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction
- Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met
- Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling
- Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends
- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
