As a LOB Risk Expert within PNC's LOB Risk organization, you will be based in one of our Technology hub locations (Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX). Weekly in office time is needed. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. We are seeking a Technology Risk Management professional to lead and support the development and execution of subsidiary-focused tech risk programs. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling a comprehensive risk management framework across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards while tailoring approaches to subsidiary-specific needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technology risk, program/project management, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a hands-on leader who can navigate complex environments, build relationships across levels, and drive risk-aware decision-making. Serves as a senior risk advocate for the risk management program, process owner and/or regulatory relationship liaison. + Establishes the line of business risk management strategies and programs, maintains and enhances existing programs to support the business(es) in managing risk while meeting business and regulatory expectations. + Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business. Owns process and/or regulatory relationship liason. + Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks. + Leads and engages cross functional teams and develops internal capabilities. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. **Education** Bachelors **Certifications** No Required Certification(s) **Licenses** No Required License(s) **Pay Transparency** Base Salary: $106,000.00 - $165,600.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
