As a LOB Risk Expert within PNC's LOB Risk organization, you will be based in one of our Technology hub locations (Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX). We are seeking a Technology Risk Management professional to lead and support the development and execution of subsidiary-focused tech risk programs. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling a comprehensive risk management framework across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards while tailoring approaches to subsidiary-specific needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technology risk, program/project management, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a hands-on leader who can navigate complex environments, build relationships across levels, and drive risk-aware decision-making. Serves as a senior risk advocate for the risk management program, process owner and/or regulatory relationship liaison. + Establishes the line of business risk management strategies and programs, maintains and enhances existing programs to support the business(es) in managing risk while meeting business and regulatory expectations. + Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business. Owns process and/or regulatory relationship liason. + Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks. + Leads and engages cross functional teams and develops internal capabilities.
