Department Administrative Assistant
Theodore, AL
Pay: $18/hr+, Medical/Dental, 401(k), PTO
What You’ll Do:
- Organize and maintain design project files
- Label and track samples and components
- Record and update design change history forms (ECR/ECN/SD)
- Distribute controlled design documents and log recipients and versions
- Prepare sample shipment packets with basic reference photos
- Capture and share design department meeting minutes
- Support design team operations and inventory movement from warehouse to design suite
Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent
- 2+ years administrative or clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Strong organization, multitasking, and ability to work independently
- Must lift 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs occasionally
