Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school psychologist position is available in Theodore, AL, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This full-time, onsite contract role offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with a diverse student population within a public school district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise toward student development
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school psychology regulations and district policies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Alabama school psychology license is required
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Position duration: March 23, 2025 to May 29, 2026
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Caseload and number of schools assigned to be determined; itinerant assignments possible
