Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and distribution of promotional materials at local events
• Collaborate with Account and Campaign Managers to strategize marketing efforts
• Serve as a brand representative, engaging with customers to promote our clients
• Train and support junior promotional staff on assigned campaigns
• Execute event promotions and strategies aligned with company objectives
• Drive sales and customer engagement through in-store and field marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Must be located in or near the Montgomery area with reliable daily transportation
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Full-time availability (limited seasonal positions may be considered)
• Professional appearance with a fun, outgoing personality
