Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Florence, Alabama. Travel assignment starting 06/29/2026 for 9 weeks with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Weekly pay range: $783-$791 per week. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per plan of care
- Monitor, document, and report patient status, vital signs, and changes
- Provide basic nursing care and assist with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs
- Maintain accurate medication and nursing documentation; uphold infection control standards
- Communicate changes and escalate concerns to the supervising nurse as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Alabama
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts and meet travel assignment requirements
- Willingness to undergo standard background check and health screening
- Graduate of an approved LPN program
